After teaching a Wed night yoga class for the past 4 years... it was time to make a change. Although I love teaching the class and the students are awesome (some even came to our wedding), I decided to hand the class over to someone else so that I could accept the "calling" of serving in the Young Womens Presidency in the our ward (our church congregation). We have youth activities every Wed night, so I had to pick Yoga or the Youth. I figured I have put in my time with the yoga... time to mix things up! I am really excited about being able to work with the girls. I am over the 12 and 13 year olds, which should be interesting. One added bonus is that Haws is over the 14 and 15 year old boys... so we actually get to see each other more while we attend the activities. Sorry to any of you who took the Wed night yoga class... you will just have to come to one of my other classes :)
I was serving in the Primary with the 9 and 10 year olds. I am going to miss that little bunch of kids and I am especially going to miss serving with Kirsten. She made our "challenging class" so much easier to handle and we had a lot of fun in the process.

YW is the best calling in the church, my opinion. I miss it terribly now that we moved.

Congratulations Lori! You will be awesome with the YW! It's a great calling, and the girls will love you, but you are right...it's very time consuming!
I love the YW program. I am the beehive adviser right now and I love it. It's the best age because they are so excited about being in the program. Congrats!

I'm over the Beehives too, they are the sweetest bunch and so excited. You'll have so much fun and they will love and adore you! I bet your mom's excited. :)
