My friend Jana introduced me to an awesome cooking website!
It's called simplyrecipes.com and it has some amazing recipes. I tried out two of them the last two Sundays.
For Easter we had the Hexberg's over and I made the Flank Stir-fry with Asparagus and Red Peppers. It was so good people were going back for seconds.
Tonight I had my family over and made Marc's Cashew Chicken. This was another hit!
I can't wait to try out more of them and see if there are any we don't like. Thanks for the tip Jana!
And here is my belly for those of you interested. This was a week ago and I swear it is even bigger now. It is starting to get harder to breathe and the little guy really likes poking me in the ribs. I am not complaining though. It is fun to see him grow!
