We decided it is time to try the bottle on little James. He has had no problem breastfeeding, so we figure we are in the clear for nipple confusion at this point.
We tried a cold bottle while out to dinner last night and he wasn't having it at all! So today we made the milk warm like mommy's and he totally went for it! Yeah! Since I will be going back to work part time in about a month, I wanted to be sure he would take the bottle. That is a relief and now maybe we can see a couple of movies we have been wanting to see :)
In other news... we have been doing our tummy time and James is getting better at holding up his head. He actually was doing this the night he was born, but he can hold it up longer now.
Sometimes he takes a break and just stares at me... I love it.

Oh, he is so adorable! The boys and I have watched James' smiles video so many times! He really does look a lot like Chris. We can't wait to meet him in person!
Thats great he took to the bottle. Now you can take a break and have date night. I cant get over how perfect his head shape is. He is so beautiful.
Yeah, it's good you're testing out the bottle in advance. I waited too long with Winnie and when I went back to work she went on an eating strike. Incredibly stressful, although we did manage and she obviously didn't suffer too much!
