We took a break from swim lesson for 2 months and every time James got in the water, I knew we had to get him back in there. The kid has no fear of the water and had completely ditched his survival swimming skills. So we are back and he is hard at work. But like the rest of his family, if he works hard he gets to play hard! The other day after his scheduled lesson, they kept him in the pool 30 extra minutes to work on some skills and have some fun too. His teacher took these pictures and posted them on their facebook page. They were too good not to share.

That's so awesome! My girls took lessons until around age 5/6 when my aunt moved away. It was her pool I was prepping them for. They lost a lot of their proper skills, but they retained the love for the water as well as being able to swim around. I guess it was worth it.
those are great pics. i love when they give the kids extra 'free' time in the pool!
