Giddy Up!

My sister Dana came into town tonight and we headed straight to the mall. She wanted to do some Christmas shopping for her boyfriend, but had no success. Instead... I scored a new dress and cute top from Banana. We both had a good ride when we stopped off at Brookstone. Have you seen this OSIM® iGallop™ Core and Abs Exerciser???? It was hilarious! Besides cracking up over the massagers we were using incorrectly... laughing about his machine was enough of a workout! I love horseback riding... so this came natural to me as you can tell in this video.

Have you seen this man???

I believe he is a wanted man... Luckily I found him :)

I have always loved the snarl face that Haws makes for pictures. I believe this is the same look that is on his drivers license and other forms of identification. It is also the picture they are using for us in our church directory. That's my husband!

Liz and Derek's wedding

Liz and Derek's magical day finally came on Nov 10, 2007. I know I have been a slacker getting these photos up, but I was waiting to gather a few good ones to capture the moments... I ended up having to "borrow" some from her photographers blog. To see more check it out... http://jessicaclaire.net/ She was awesome! You can see more of the wedding there.

Liz and Derek looked great! The Munzer's sure know how to through a party! Liz looking beautiful... now that's a glowing bride!
I didn't get a chance to try the cake... but it looked amazing! Haws told me it was quite succulent. Only a chocolate cake would be right for Lizzy. This was the party in full effect. There was definitely a lot of people having a really good time. I think some of the dance machines may have been created by the martini fountain they had during the cocktail hour. It LOOKED really cool to me.
The bridesmaids getting their grove on! We have had a few years to perfect our dance moves. We even busted out some of our famous "Ice Ice Baby" routines.

One of the fun twists Liz added to the wedding was a photo booth that all of her guest had a chance to hop in during the evening. Haws and I decided to take the opportunity as a MARRIED couple to take some funny photos. I have edited them for the children :)

Sick

Allow me to complain here to a minute. Doesn't is stink to be sick!!! I was struggling with a head ache, sore throat and cold for the past few days. Luckily I feel pretty good for Liz's wedding (thanks to day quil!) but today I woke up and was full blown sick. All my other symptoms came back with nausea added to the mix. It really is not the same to be sick as an adult. Haws did a great job checking in on me during his lunch break, bringing me soup and meds, but there is something about having your mom there to wait on you every sec of the day. I ended up being in bed all day sleeping which is crazy to me. Not wanting to eat, exercise or even chew gum is way out of the norm for me. I know I am sick when the thought of frozen yogurt makes me want to vomit! Anyway... I finally got out of bed once my head stopped pounding and now the day is pretty much over. I guess I will watch a movie and then go back to bed... hopefully waking up and feeling much better.

Favorite Aunt???

With all of Dana's recent visits home, I was starting to worry that she might be giving me some more competition as the "favorite Aunt". I was then comforted by Joshua's recent protests...

I know Robin has won with Joshua... but at least I could run in a close 2nd :)

Don't worry Dana, you can run in 2nd behind me with Luke. We still have a chance there.

What City do you belong in?

I have always thought if I had to live abroad... I would love to live in London. Thanks for this one Brooke :)

You Belong in London

A little old fashioned, and a little modern.
A little traditional, and a little bit punk rock.
A unique soul like you needs a city that offers everything.
No wonder you and London will get along so well.
