After the tour... we met up with our friends Paul and Rebecca who were also visiting SF for the weekend. We ate at Kuletos, a nice Italian restaurant in Union Square. Thanks to Rebecca who found a cockroach crawling along the wall by our table, we got the meal for FREE! We then walked for about an hour to find Cafe Jacqueline's for chocolate souffles. It is a very small place, reservations are needed, but the souffles are huge and so worth it!
We didn't eat at Lori's Diner, but I had to take a pic by it. There are at least 3 of these in the city.

For some reason... Haws really liked this hot dog sign and felt the need to take his photo in front of it also.
Our Tours Guides

Later that day, my cousin Nicole and her husband Ty with little Cambria were nice enough to take us on a tour around the city. We walked down to Fisherman's wharf where Haws got a little present from one of the seagulls while we were looking at the sea lions. Luckily, Nicole was fully equiped with baby wipes.

We headed across the Golden Gate bridge for some more photo ops. It was so cold!!! I could only manage to get out of the car long enough to take these.

The next morning we went for a walk through Presidio Park and got some more good shots of the bridge.

Next we headed to the Explortorium. I think this place might have been even cooler if we had kids... but we found it to be fun running around looking at all the "senses" exhibits.
I think Haws looks like a Leprechaun in this picture! The big chair makes him look so small and that red hair... to bad we left the green leotard and tights at home.
We tried to take some pics in the distorted room, but the kids were bouncing around attacking us, so this is what we got.

The weekends was a success and we had so much fun. Especially being able to visit with family and friends while we were there as well as spend some quality time together. We were pretty exhausted after this trip... but we recuperated in enough time to drive to Vegas for the night the following Sat. Those pics are to come...

I am so impressed with everything you did in two days. When I was reading it I kept thinking "Is she sure this is 2 days worth?" You are a good travelor. Sounded like a lot of fun. Great Christmas gift idea!
