I've been really bad about taking pictures of the growing belly/baby during this pregnancy. I think I am trying to make up for it at the end here. I feel like this little guy has grown so much in the last 10 weeks! (and so have I). The dark blue dress is "slimming" if that is even possible during pregnancy :)
I love this first picture because it is my life. These two little guys always want to be close. Especially when I am in the bathroom!
30 weeks
Look how much bigger I am! My stomach is really feeling it here.
37 weeks
Dana wanted to capture the big belly.
38 weeks
Same dress, bigger belly. Can you see my belly button?
39 weeks
The one thing I have been doing the last couple of weeks is baking! I had a few failed attempts with cookies in this altitude. They tasted good, but just were really flat. I finally found a recipe that worked and I love! (maybe too much). Since I don't have gestational diabetes this time around, I have been eating a lot more sugar. I always feel kind of sick after I eat sweets, but sometimes it is just too good to pass up! I have also loved cheeze itz, baked cheddar ruffles and wheat thins with jam.
So just a few things about this pregnancy:
I was a lot sicker in the beginning. Nothing tasted good and nothing made me feel better.
I didn't have any medical issues. No diabetes, no high fluid.
I usually feel good when I exercise and then sick when I would stop. That is the only thing that helped when I was still teaching.
My abs really hurt this time. I am sure it's because this is my 3rd pregnancy and the fact that both boys (33lbs and 25lbs) still want me to pick them up or hold them at times. Especially Davis.
I am done being pregnant. I remember with James I felt like I could go on forever! Not this time. I am counting down the hours until my c-section.
I am nervous about the changes that are coming with a 3rd child. 3 little boys will be crazy! I am hoping everyone will adjust to having a baby around and that the boys will be gentle with the baby and understand that things are going to change a little bit around here.
We move about 3 weeks after the baby is born, so that will be another adjustment! Might as well do it all at once right???
Haws and I didn't have a name picked out for the first time with this baby. I had us make a list of 20 names we both liked. Only one matched up! Once I found out it was also my great uncle's name, I knew it was the one. It has felt right ever since.
