Chicken Vegetable Soup


I whipped up this soup the other night and it was so good and easy I wanted to remember what I did. So here it is!

1 carton of trader joe's Roasted Red Pepper and Tomato Soup
2 cans of kirkland chicken breast with juice
3 russet potatoes thinly sliced
1/2 onion
1 package of frozen spinach
2 zucchini  thinly sliced
Italian seasoning

Combine all ingredients in large pot. Boil and then reduce to simmer for 30-45 min. 

That's it! Delicious :)
