It was a great year... followed by a great birthday. The big 29! Besides having to wake up before 6am to go to work... the day and the whole weekend was wonderful :)
We hit up the Naples boat parade party at Brooks and Kelly's before my birthday dinner. Kelly out did herself once again and the Peppermint Sprinkles cupcakes were of course a highlight at the party.
Nothing says happy birthday like dinner at Don Ramon's and Ice Skating. Don Ramons was a last minute choice... but I've been wanting to try it. I would be OK if it was the last time we went. Unfortunately I didn't get any ice skating shots, but the truth is the idea of ice skating is more fun than the actually activity was. I quote Haws " I hate to say it, but public ice skating really isn't that fun". Of course... anything we do is fun, but when the first thing you see is a kid laying on the ice in pain and then being hoisted up on a stretcher... you kind of lose your nerve to let loose on the ice.

What would a birthday be with out celebrating with Sara. We have done it for 29 years now! I couldn't have picked a better birthday partner if I had a choice.
I really have the greatest husband, family and friends. Thank you all for making my day special.

Yipee! I can leave comments now. This year has gone by so fast, can't believe we just got done celebrating another amazing year. 2007 will be one to remember. After all, we both landed ourselves some lovely husbands :)
Your birthday looked like so much fun! I hate that I live far away and can't participate in all the fun festivities. I was sad to miss you at Christmas but I'll for sure see you soon at Laura's wedding!!
